NEW PROPERTY                                                                     Tregain is a former fisherman's cottage situated in the heart of the picturesque and unspoilt fishing village of Portloe. The entire cottage has been completely renovated this year to a very high standard and is stylishly decorated in light farrow & ball colours and beautifully furnished in a French country style. Located just above the harbour the national trust coast path is literally on your doorstep offering spectacular cliff walks and stunning views of Dodman point, Nare head and Gull Rock. The large sandy beach of Carne and Pendower is a 5 minute drive away. There are two places to eat out in the village The Ship Inn and The Lugger Hotel both serving locally caught seafood and there is an excellent village store close by in Veryan.

Parking You may park nearby to unload but then need to park in the village car park which is only a few minutes walk away. Damage deposit Due to the high standard of this property the owner requires us to collect a fully returnable damage deposit of £200 against damage or undue wear and tear.
