Very comfortably furnished and equipped to a high standard the property enjoys stunning coastal and sea views from the terraced garden of Porthcurnick Beach and Nare Head. The village shops, pub, harbour and beach are a few minutes walk away.
Living Room Spacious relaxing living room with an open fire, sofas, arm chair and a bay window seat with sea glimpses across to Nare Head and Gull Rock. TV / video/DVD and CD/Radio. Selection of books, games and videos. Kitchen Roomy fully fitted modern oak kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Breakfast table, 4 chairs and two seater pew. French doors open onto a sunny sheltered courtyard. Separate utility room with a washing machine, tumble drier and microwave. This room has an external door and is a good spot for coats and outdoor gear. Bedroom 1 A 5’ double bedded room with ensuite shower, WC and wash hand basin and a bay window with views back into the village and over the sea to Dodman point. Bedroom 2 bunk bedded room and built-in teenage cabin bed. Bedroom 3 Sunny twin bedded room overlooking the terraced garden. Bathroom with bath with shower over, WC, wash hand basin. Garden Pretty landscaped terraced garden on various levels with stunning sea views across to Porthcurnick Beach, Dodman Point and Nare Head. A great spot for barbecues. Garden furniture. There is a public car park a 5 minute walk away and limited parking in the village square.
