Close to the shops, galleries and restaurants in villages of Portscatho and St Mawes, the cottage has reversed level accommodation, with a large, beamed open plan Living Area on the first floor and decking outside for sunbathing and al fresco meals.
Hall Master Bedroom with 5’ double bed, fresh in lavender and white. Sparkling white bathroom with bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin with a slate floor. Bedroom 2 has one 3’ single and one 3’ hideaway bed decorated in Laura Ashley coral and cream fabrics. Upstairs The large open plan Living Area with wooden flooring has a fully fitted Kitchen with beech effect worktops with dishwasher, washer/drier, fridge, microwave, built in electric oven and hob. The Sitting Area has a pair of comfortable sofas, TV/video/DVD. Outside Decking with cafe style table and chairs. Linen is provided and the beds are made up ready for your arrival.
