Traditionally designed and furnished, this modern cottage, is set close to Gerrans village green. The beach and harbour in the adjoining village of Portscatho are a few minutes away down the hill, where there is also a good selection of shops. Both the sitting room and the conservatory overlooking the rear walled garden have woodburner effect electric stoves so there is plenty of room to relax in comfort, whatever the season. The limed oak kitchen has a large utility room with a shower-room next door that can be accessed via the garden and garage, ideal after expeditions to the beach.

Hall. Carpeted throughout, the Sitting Room, has a dark green sofa and armchairs, books, board games, DVDs, TV/DVD/Video and CD/radio. Glazed doors lead into octagonal Conservatory with basket weave furniture. Dining Room with pine dresser, table and chairs, grandfather clock. Woodburner effect electric stove. Kitchen with electric oven, microwave, low fat grill. Telephone for incoming calls Utility Room with sink, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and washing machine Shower Room shower, WC and wash hand basin. Upstairs. Bedroom 1 with 4'6” double and view of the sea on the horizon, fitted wardrobe Bedroom 2 with twin beds, fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 3 Single Bed with views towards Gerrans Bay. Fitted wardrobe. Bathroom with bath, WC and wash hand basin. Small rear Garden with loungers, garden furniture & barbecue, access to Garage with tumble drier. Heating panel and night store heaters and electricity included in summer, £20 supplement per week from October - March. Linen Duvets and pillows are provided. Please bring your own duvet covers, lower sheets, pillowcases & towels. Linen & towels available for hire. Garage available, plus one Parking space in front.
