This comfortable and spacious house has wonderful sea and countryside views, and is set a short walk down the hill to the nearby safe and sandy Porthcurnick Beach. With a fully enclosed rear garden, and close access to the Coastal Path you can easily walk to picturesque Portscatho village, Halcyon is an enticing destination. Recently renovated to a very high standard there are two twin bedrooms on the ground floor sharing a shower-room, and two double bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom upstairs.

Entrance hall. The Sitting Room has far reaching sea views across Gerrans Bay. French windows lead into the side garden, there is a log effect electric fire for cosy evenings, flatscreen TV and DVD, comfortable upholstery and rugs on the wooden floor. The large Kitchen/Diner has fully fitted white cupboards, a pretty blue dresser, dining table and chairs, second television and French windows leading to a small terrace in the rear garden. Well equipped with a double electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Next door is a Utility Room with Belfast sink, washing machine and tumble drier. Both Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 have twin beds and share a Shower Room with WC, wash hand basin, shower and heated towel rail. Upstairs two double bedrooms lead off a small landing. Bedroom 3 has a 6' wide double bed and overlooks the garden with open countryside views beyond. En suite Bathroom with bath, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. Bedroom 4 has a 6'6” wide double bed looking out to sea. En suite Bathroom with bath, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. Telephone Incoming calls only. Parking There is private parking for two cars. Pets There is a £10 per week charge for bringing a dog. Damage Deposit The owner of this property requires us to collect a fully returnable deposit of £200 against damage or undue wear and tear and to restrict the number of children staying to four. Please note that the maximum number of consecutive weeks that can be booked in Halcyon is two.
