Set within large mature tropical gardens in a commanding elevated position the house is south facing and has a wonderful sunny stone terrace that runs the entire length of the front of the property. Steps lead down to the private foreshore with direct access to some of the finest sailing waters in the country. Boats, canoes and moorings can be hired from the boatyard/sailing school next door. Flexible accommodation with 3 large bedrooms in the main house and two further bedrooms in the converted Sail Loft within the grounds close to the main house make this the ideal family holiday home. The main house and the Sail Loft can also be rented separately.

There is private parking for three cars for the main house and one car for The Sail Loft. Damage Deposit The owner of this property requires us to collect a fully returnable deposit of £200 against damage or undue wear and tear.
