Spaven Mor is a brand new timber clad cottage situated in the grounds of the friendly village pub, The Royal Standard in Gerrans. This single storey former workshop has been beautifully converted and enjoys a spacious open plan living area with vaulted ceilings & exposed beams.Decorated and furnished in a coastal style, underfloor heating throughout ensures tear round comfort whatever the weather. Dogs are very welcome and there are many coastal & rural walks to explore from the doorstep. What could be nicer than an exhilarating cliff top walk with your faithful friend and then complete the day with a welcoming drink in the cosy pub.
