Centrally situated in the heart of Gerrans village, not far from the church; this pretty traditional cottage is thought to date back to the 17th century. Tucked in and set back from the road, from which it is sheltered by a low wall and hedge, the cottage has its own off road parking. The beaches, harbour, shops and pubs are all within walking distance.

The glazed entrance door leads into the light and airy hall and stairs. The Dining Room, which leads from the hall, contains a corner cupboard with distressed painted finish, fireplace, antique table and chairs seating six , a small armchair, and window with window seat, overlooking the front garden . Traditional low beams are present in this room and the next - the Living Room - also with a window overlooking the garden, an open fire ( with logs for cooler evenings ),a large comfy three-seater sofa & blue & white striped armchair. A flat screen TV/DVD and plenty of books are also provided. Further light is given by the half glazed door that accesses the front of the house. The hall leads to the rear Kitchen which has a further half glazed door into the garden, slate floor,a high level window, pine kitchen table and chairs, cooker and hob, butler sink with wooden work surfaces, and plenty of cupboards containing washing machine, microwave and central heating boiler. The Stairs with a turn onto the landing (care needed) have a view over the garden and lead firstly to the newly fitted Bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC, hand basin, heated towel rail and tiled floor. An airing cupboard contains the immersion heater.

Off the landing are Two roomy Bedrooms with sloping ceilings , one with twin beds, chest, stool, chair and antique mirror; the other with king sized bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and mirror, a large pine wardrobe and a chaise longue. Both bedrooms are carpeted and have radiators for extra warmth. Outside : There are low steps up to the fully enclosed and gated rear Garden which is quiet and secluded with lawn, a large apple tree and shrub borders. A sitting area with table and chairs is in one corner and a BBQ provided.Heating & Electricity Oil fired central heating & electricity included in the rent.
