With wonderful views looking out above the church at St Just in Roseland towards the Carrick Roads this newly built end of terrace house is decorated with great flair in contemporary style throughout.The living room has high ceilings with a large arched window leading onto a spacious balcony from which to enjoy the view, and there is a wood burning stove for cooler evenings.The very well equipped kitchen and a shower-room as well as another bathroom make this a very stylish and comfortable holiday home for your party. Three of the four bedrooms are on the ground floor to capitalise on the views of the creek.

There are light wooden floors and bright, modern rugs throughout the house.
