This large, three bedroom detached house is part of a recently built development designed in the local vernacular, complete with pastel coloured walls and natural slate roofs. In an elevated and quiet location halfway up the hill between Gerrans and Portscatho, it is within easy walking distance of all the amenities - shops, pub and galleries, of the pretty seaside village of Portscatho.The property has been skillfully designed so that most of the internal living space faces towards the sea with uninterrupted views encompassing the whole of Gerrans Bay from four of the five main rooms. Leading from the living room, there is a large elevated decked area which the stretches across the full width of the property providing an ideal spot for alfresco dining. Tatams beach and the harbour are only a 5 minute walk away and the larger sandy beach of Porthcurnick is a 15 minute walk along the National Trust coast path.

A patio door leads directly from the living room out onto the South facing decked area with a large eucalyptus dining table and chairs for 6, together with a rattan sofa, chair and tables. Nautical style glass panels allow extensive views of Gerrans Bay, the rest of the village and down to the harbour. Upstairs is fully carpeted with accessed via the stairs from the hall. Bedroom 1: very spacious master bedroom with great sea views from the stylish king sized bed. Plenty of storage in a fitted wardrobe, bedside tables and large eight draw chest. Sofa. The landing also has a sofa and makes a quiet spot to enjoy a book. Outside : Wonderful elevated wooden deck with glass and stainless steel panelling affording fantastic views over 180 degrees from Pednavan point to Nare Head & Gull Rock right over to Portscatho harbour and Pencabe. Linen and towels are provided and the beds made up ready for your arrival. Parking The house is set back from the road with a small lawn. There is parking available for two large cars, with one space on the driveway and another in the large 6m integral garage, which can be accessed from inside the property. The wood-store, sun loungers, deck chairs and other items are stored in the large wooden shed underneath the decking.
