This large, three bedroom detached house is part of a recently built development designed in the local vernacular, complete with pastel coloured walls and natural slate roofs. In an elevated and quiet location halfway up the hill between Gerrans and Portscatho, it is within easy walking distance of all the amenities - shops, pub and galleries, of the pretty seaside village of Portscatho.The property has been skillfully designed so that most of the internal living space faces towards the sea with uninterrupted views encompassing the whole of Gerrans Bay from four of the five main rooms.
