'Cowries' is a cosy ground floor apartment sleeping 2 with fabulous uninterrupted views of Gerrans Bay and the pretty seaside village of Portscatho. Situated directly above the harbour, virtually at the end of the Lugger - a row of predominantly traditional stone built fishermen's cottages the apartment is one of a small number set back from the road which as a no through road has very little passing traffic. The village centre with a general store, butchers, pub, café and galleries is a short level stroll away and the harbour and beach are likewise immediately to hand. The apartment (with its own designated parking space) is approached by a short flight of steps from the private parking area to the front of the property.

Access at rear to a small secluded graveled area with bbq, a useful space also to store kayaks, bikes etc. Terrace a small terrace with table and chairs at the front is an ideal spot to relax and take in the panoramic sea view. Heating Oil fired central heating. Linen & towels are provided and the bed made up ready for your arrival. Electricity included in the rent. Parking there is a private car parking space for one car.
