Built of traditional cob, the cottage is semi-detached and shares a secluded south facing prettily planted courtyard with Dormer Cottage. Just off the village square, it is close to all village amenities and only minutes from the sea.
Lobby: nightstore heater. Sitting room: cosy, beamed room with two seater sofa and two easy chairs. Flat screen Tv & Dvd. Fireplace with stove effect electric fire. Selection of books, jigsaws, games and cards. Kitchen: fitted Shaker-style kitchen with built-in oven and ceramic hob. Dishwasher, microwave, fridge with two star freezer compartment. Pine table and benches. Two Bedrooms: one double, one with 2’ 6” hideaway bed. Built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers, convector heaters. Hairdryer. Shower room: newly fitted with quadrant glazed shower unit and Mira shower. Tiled walls, white WC and wash hand basin, shaver point, heated towel rail, recessed lights. Just a few steps across the courtyard there is a separate WC and the original bathroom for the cottage containing a butlers sink and cast iron roll top bath. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the outhouse opposite Dormer which is shared by both cottages. Garden chairs are provided. Linen: duvets and pillows are provided. Parking: you may park outside to unload but then need to park in the village car park.
