The Studio, a converted sail loft, is tucked away not far from the centre of St Mawes with its famous harbour and passenger ferry to Falmouth. A stone's throw from Tavern Beach, the cottage has a sheltered and private patio with garden furniture accessed by French windows from the living room. There are far reaching sea views from the spacious gallery room and a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants all within easy walking distance.
Approached by a short flight of steps. Hall Washing Machine Galley Kitchen with royal blue oil fired Aga and comfortable window seat overlooking neighbouring gardens. Fitted white Shaker-style cupboards, microwave Bathroom with bath, Mira shower over, wash hand basin, WC, all fully tiled in white. Bedroom 1 with twin beds and fitted wardrobe. Living room with wooden floor, fridge, dining table and chairs, CD player and French windows to terrace. Open tread carpeted stairs to Gallery Bedroom 2 with double bed and sitting area with a pair of comfortable sofas. Colour TV/DVD. Paved Garden with mature shrubs and garden furniture. Heating and electricity included in the rent Linen is provided but please bring your own towels.
