The Old Dairy has been converted from a former barn and dairy to provide a cosy characterful home. In a quiet part of the picturesque sailing village of St. Mawes with distant views, the harbour, beach and shops are a 10 minute walk away.

Telephone available for local outgoing calls & all incoming calls. Living Room Cosy room with beams, two and three seater sofa, TV, video, DVD, CD radio, wooden flooring. Stairs up to: Bedroom 1 Double bed with king size duvet, canopied ceilings, velux window & French doors with wrought iron railing. TV. Bedroom 2 Twin beds (can be zipped together to form 5’ double, please let us know which you require) Canopied ceilings & velux window. Bathroom newly fitted with bath with overhead shower, wash hand basin, WC, heated towel rail. Fan heater, wooden flooring. Garden Small sitting out area with garden furniture. Heating Nightstore heating in kitchen & living room, wall hung convector heaters in bedrooms. Electricity Included in the rent. Linen Linen is provided and beds made up ready for your arrival, please bring your own towels. Towels available for hire. Please also let us know which bedding you require for the twin room. Parking There is a parking space for one car. Pets There is a charge of £15 per week for your dog.
