Unique in its seclusion and romantic setting, Rosteague is a 200 acre privately-owned estate made up of surrounding pastures that undulate gently down to its own mile of coastline with foliage covered rocks and glassy rock pools punctuated by shell covered beaches. The National Trust Towan beach is only a short walk from the properties and for walkers there are many wonderful coastal and creekside walks from your doorstep. The picturesque village of Portscatho with an excellent range of shops, galleries and pubs is a 5 minute drive away.

This very pretty former farm cottage, part of the Rosteague Manor courtyard buildings is located in a lovely rural setting at the end of a private lane on the Rosteague estate. The cottage has been sensitively restored and is full of character decorated throughout in natural colours with a mix of antique & contemporary furnishings.

Beams, ledge & brace doors & built in seat all add to the character. Kitchen Fully fitted kitchen with belling format double oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave. Rayburn with granite lintel over (not for use), fridge/freezer. Pine kitchen table & chairs. Stairs from hallway up to Bathroom Spacious bathroom with bath with mira sport shower over, large traditional wash hand basin, WC. Sloping eaves and beams.
