Roseland Lodge is one of a small number of luxury timber lodges on the Trewince Manor Estate. It occupies a prime position with totally uninterrupted rural views towards the sea and is only a few minutes drive from two of the finest beaches on the Roseland. Guests staying also have the use of the Estate’s indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and spa bath.
Entrance porch With Hotpoint washing machine, tumble drier & the airing cupboard hidden in large cupboards. Freezer. Glazed door to hall with nightstore heater. Living Area Light & airy large open plan family room with gas wood burning stove, pine dining table, two & three seater sofas & cane chairs. Sky TV/video/DVD. CD/radio/cassette. Nightstore heater. Selection of books. A breakfast bar separates the living area from the kitchen Fully Fitted Kitchen with 2 fridges, dishwasher, oven, electric hob & extractor fan. Matsui microwave. Patio doors from the living area lead on to the veranda which has a picnic table & benches. A wonderful spot to take early morning tea & enjoy the sunrise or for your alfresco meals. Bedrooms one 5’ double, one 4’6” double & 2 twins. All have pine furniture. The double has an ensuite shower with WC, wash hand basin & fully enclosed shower. Second Bathroom Bath with shower over, WC & wash hand basin. Garden Steps from the veranda lead down to an area of lawn in front of the lodge. Heating There is one nightstore in the hall & a nightstore & gas wood burner in the living area. Linen Duvets & pillows are provided. Please bring your own duvet covers, lower sheets, pillowcases & towels. Linen available for hire. Electricity Included in the rent. Parking For two cars above the lodge.
