Roseland Lodge is a homely, well equipped timber lodge offering stunning uninterrupted views across the fields to the sea. Situated in a prime and secluded position on the beautiful Trewince Manor Estate, this family-owned accommodation is thoughtfully designed to be ideal for families, small groups or couples all year round. It offers easy access to some of the Roseland's finest beaches, famous walks and waterside.Guests also benefit from use of the Estate’s indoor heated swimming pool.

Entrance porch with room for coats, shoes and family clutter, washing machine, tumble dryer, airing cupboard, storage cupboard, large fridge/freezer. Spacious and light open plan family room with Kitchen,Dining and Living Area with access to verandah and panoramic views. A fully fitted kitchen practically equipped for catering for families includes electric double oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. breakfast bar separates kitchen from dining area which has square pine dining table to seat 8. Social, cosy living area includes gas wood burning stove, two & three seater sofas & comfy wicker chairs. Sky TV and DVD. CD and radio, fitted shelves and selection of books. Triple patio doors offer amazing sea views and access to private verandah with picnic table and chairs; a wonderful spot to enjoy alfresco meals and take in the views. Steps lead down to the lawn in front of the lodge. 4 Bedrooms one 5’ double with sea view and Ensuite with shower, WC and wash hand basin, one 4’6” double, 1 twin and 1 bunk bedded room. All have pine furniture. Main Family Bathroom has bath with shower over, WC & wash hand basin. Heating gas wood burner and nighstore heater in main living area, additional nightstore heater in hall. Being wooden, well insulated and draft proof the lodge is warm and cosy in colder weather. Linen and towels are provided and the beds made up ready for your arrival. Electricity & Gas included in the rent. Parking ample parking for up to 3 cars behind lodge.
