A short walk down the hill finds a good local pub, the award winning Lugger Hotel which has an excellent restaurant & spa open to non-residents & the National Trust Coast Path waiting to be explored. The safe sandy beaches of Carne & Pendower are close by & the golf course at St Austell is approximately 20 minutes drive away.

Puckey Hill is a delightful cottage that has recently been completely refurbished throughout to provide the very highest standards of modern accommodation within the character of period building. The accommodation comprises a very large airy living room with a separate and cosy snug off the sitting area, large fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, master bedroom with large ensuite shower room, 2 further twin bedrooms (one of which can be made up as a 6' double bed if preferred) & a luxury bathroom with a separate walk in shower & freestanding double ended bath.

Cars can also be parked in the car park - payment is via an honesty box. Heating Oil fired central heating. Electricity is included in the rent. Linen is provided and beds made up for your arrival, please bring your own towels. Towels available for hire. Due to the high standard of this property the owner requires us to collect a fully returnable deposit of £200 against damage or undue wear & tear.
