Porthcurnick Lodge is a detached double glazed bungalow overlooking the safe sandy beach of Porthcurnick with uninterrupted sea views of Gerrans Bay & the village of Portscatho. Comfortably furnished & well equipped, nearly all rooms enjoy the sight & sounds of the sea. A private footpath leads down to the beach making this the ideal location for a family holiday.
Entrance hall. Lounge Light, spacious room with magnificent sea views & double patio doors with steps leading down to the patio. Comfortable three seater sofa & two armchairs, occasional tables, feature fireplace, complete hi-fi system. Dining Room With table & chairs to seat six. Sea view. TV Room Snug room with sofa, bookcase with a selection of games & jigsaws & TV/DVD. Sea view. Kitchen Fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine & microwave. Tumble drier. 3 Bedrooms One with 3’ bunk beds. One 5’ double and one 4’ 6” double. All have pine furniture, and the doubles have sea views. Ensuite Bathroom Bath with shower over, WC & wash hand basin. Second Bathroom Bath with shower over, WC & wash hand basin. Garden With lawn & flower beds, garden table & chairs. Private footpath down to the beach. Parents of young children please note that the garden is not fully enclosed. Heating Nightstore heating throughout. Linen Duvets & pillows are provided.
