This charming Victorian semi-detached house with its wonderful views of Gerrans Bay has been tastefully restored throughout to provide excellent holiday accommodation. In a quiet part of the village it is within easy walking distance of the harbour and shops in one direction and in the other a two minute walk and you reach the cliff path which leads to the safe, sandy beach at Porthcurnick.

Lounge/Dining Room Light and spacious with bay window to take full advantage of the lovely sea views, stripped pine floor, wood burning stove, comfortable furniture and large antique pine table and chairs make this a very relaxing family room. Selection of children’s toys, jigsaws, books and games. TV, video, DVD, CD/cassette radio. Kitchen fully fitted kitchen with Bosch dishwasher, hob and fridge freezer, wine cooler, Stoves 900 EF stainless steel double oven, kitchen table and chairs. Utility Room With sink, microwave, tumble drier and washing machine. Shower Room Fully tiled with shower enclosure, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
