Set in a quiet spot, with a sheltered terrace and shared access to almost an acre of meadow and orchard as well, the cottage has been newly renovated to the highest standard. The galleries, shops and restaurants of both St Mawes and Portscatho are a short drive away in either direction, and there are good a choice of beaches and coastal walks also close by.
Entrance Hall. Very spacious Living Room, with doors opening onto a private terrace, screened by trees. TV & DVD Fitted Kitchen area with built in double electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. Utility Room with washing machine, tumble drier and sink. Dining Area with a circular table and stylish high backed chairs. The Sitting Area has a pair of handsome tan leather sofas flanking an electric woodburner effect stove, useful for the odd chilly summer evening. The Master Bedroom, with a 4'6” double bed overlooks the orchard with TV and en suite, fully tiled shower-room with a double shower, WC and wash hand basin, heated towel rail.. The Twin Bedded Room also has a Bathroom next door, with an extra long bath, shower over, WC, heated towel rail and wash hand basin. Terrace with garden furniture and shared access with neighbouring property to the orchard and meadow beyond. Heating and Electricity Underfloor LPG gas heating and electricity included in the rent.
