The Old School House is on the edge of the village adjacent to the village green. The cottage, though recently built, has been traditionally designed with beams, box frame windows and Adam fireplace and has lots of character. It is attractively furnished and equipped to a good standard. The harbour and beach at Portscatho are only a short walk away.

Open fireplace with Adam surround and slate hearth. French doors to the terrace and garden. Dining Room Oval table with bench seats. Corner dresser. Beamed ceiling. Kitchen Fully fitted limed oak kitchen with double oven, hob and extractor. Fridge with three star freezer compartment. Microwave. Utility room with sink and washing machine. Tumble drier in the garage. Shower Room with fully enclosed Mira shower, WC and wash hand basin. Upstairs Bedroom 1 Double bed with built-in wardrobes and sea views. Bedroom 2 Double bed with built-in wardrobes and seaviews. Bedroom 3 with bunk beds. Bathroom with bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin and heated towel rail. Garden Enclosed rear garden with pretty flower beds and a paved area with barbecue. Tiny garden to the front.
