Sitting-room with two pretty window seats overlooking the garden, electric woodburner style fire, chintz upholstery, TV/Video and portable CD/Radio, nightstorage heater and electric panel heater. Low headroom to carpeted stairs leading to Bedroom 1 with 4'6” double bed, fitted wardrobe and electric panel heater.
