In a quiet part of the village it is within easy walking distance of the harbour & shops in one direction and in the other a two minute walk and you reach the cliff path that leads to the National Trust sandy beach at Porthcurnick.

Kitchen Cream shaker style fitted kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker and hob, fridge with two star freezer compartment, microwave. Door to: Rear Courtyard Very useful covered area in which to store sailing/beach gear, wellington boots, outdoor clothes etc. Outside WC and washer/drier. Bedroom 1 Kingsize double room at the front of house with panoramic sea views. Bedroom 2 Pretty twin room to the rear with views over the garden. Large Bathroom With bath, fully enclosed shower, WC, wash hand basin & heated towel rail. Garden At the rear of the house there is a long sloping lawn, flowerbeds, and a patio with garden furniture. There is also a patio at the front of the house with a garden seat, a wonderful spot to sit with your morning coffee and enjoy the glorious views. Heating Nightstore heating throughout. Linen Duvets & pillows are provided. Please bring your own duvet covers, lower sheets, pillowcases & towels. Linen available for hire. Electricity Included in the rent except in low season when there may be a supplementary charge for heating. Please ask for details.
