Hillside Cottage is an end of terrace cottage conveniently located in the centre of the pretty fishing village of Portscatho. Ideal for those holidaymakers wishing to forget the car as all the local amenities including the village shop, Post Office, Public house, harbour and beach are only yards from the cottage.

Kitchen Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, washing machine, microwave, fridge with 2 star freezer compartment. Door to garden. Upstairs. Bedroom 1 Small 4’6” double bedroom to the rear Bedroom 2 Overlooking the village square with one 3’ single and one 2’6” bed with hideaway 2’6” bed under. 2’6” beds more suitable for children. Bathroom with WC, bath & wash hand basin. Heated towel rail. Rear Garden Steps at the back of the cottage lead up to a small area of lawn which has a garden table & chairs. The garden is not suitable for very young children as there is a steep bank at the side of the steps which lead down to the back door. Heating Nightstore heating. Electricity Included in the rent. Linen Duvets & pillows are provided. Please bring your own duvet covers, lower sheets, pillowcases and towels. Linen available for hire. Parking There is a parking space for one car at the rear of the cottage which is accessed by a steep narrow lane. Parking is also available close by in the public car park.
