Only a five minute drive away from the sea, secreted away down a quiet country lane this romantic detached cottage is surrounded by fifty acres of National Trust land and is adjacent to the Coastal Path. The unspoilt village of Portholland and the fairytale castle and gardens (open in season) at Caerhays, as well as the picturesque fishing village of Portloe are all within easy reach. The Owners live next door. Recently renovated throughout the open plan living room with electric stove and the bright white and blue kitchen is very well equipped and has a stable door into the front garden. Upstairs, the beamed bedroom overlooks the secluded garden and has an open beamed, sloping ceiling.
Living Room with squashy dark blue sofa and armchair, flatscreen TV with DVD, Digibox, CD and radio, stone fireplace with electric stove and large rug on ceramic floor. The white painted Kitchen area has electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with ice box. Outside access to washing machine and tumbler drier in nearby barn.
