This room also has access via an oak ship style ladder through a hatchway outside the master bedroom. Not suitable for young children owing to weight of the hatch & the steepness of the ladder. Adults please exercise care when using this access. Garden Large enclosed secluded gardens with rustic stone patio in front of the conservatory with steps leading down to the lower lawn. Gate & steps to the beach. Brick barbecue built to catch the evening sun. Large climbing frame with slide and swings, can be used when supervised by adults and entirely at own risk. Moorings A mooring is available for a boat up to 20’. Please ask at time of booking. Small private foreshore for dinghies or tenders. Heating Nightstore heating throughout. Electricity Included in the rent except in low season when there is a supplementary charge for heating. Parking There is space for at least six cars in the private drive. Due to the very high standard of this property the owner requires us to collect a fully returnable deposit of £200 against damage or undue wear & tear.
