Door to rear garden & to conservatory.  Additional freezer. Master Bedroom 2 'Zip and link' (6' double or twin) beds. Pine furniture, cane seat, & large built in wardrobes. Magnificent views of the garden & the river. Ensuite Bathroom With shower, WC, basin, shaver socket & heated towel rail. Cloakroom Space for coats, outdoor clothes, sailing gear etc.Two Shower Rooms Fully tiled with wall heaters. Two WCs with wash hand basins. This room also has access via an oak ship style ladder through a hatchway outside the master bedroom. Not suitable for young children owing to weight of the hatch & the steepness of the ladder. Due to the very high standard of this property the owner requires us to collect a fully returnable deposit of £200 against damage or undue wear & tear.
