The Beach House is in a truly exceptional location just above the safe sandy Porthcurnick Beach and only 150 yards away from the National Trust coastal path with its many secluded coves & spectacular panoramic views of Gerrans Bay. The small fishing village of Portscatho with its shops, pubs & restaurants is a ten minute coastal walk away. Converted from old farm buildings the cottage is the end one of a development of four (see also Wem House which accommodates two). They are immaculately presented and equipped to a very high standard.

Fully fitted cream shaker style kitchen with oven & ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/drier. CD/radio, flat screen TV, DVD. Garden Fully enclosed with patio with garden furniture, lawn & decking area. Stunning sea views over to Nare Head & Gull Rock. Heating & Electricity Oil fired central heating and electricity are included in the rent. Linen Linen & towels are provided and beds are made up ready for your arrival. Parking Open sided garage with parking for one car. Pets There is a £10 per week charge for bringing a dog.
