Beach Hill Cottage is situated just above the harbour in the picturesque fishing village of Portloe where you can still watch the comings & goings of the local crab & lobster fishermen as they launch their boats and land their catches daily. Only yards from the sea and the coastal footpath the cottage has a lovely seaside atmosphere about it. There is a good local pub & a hotel with restaurant, both a very short walk away. The nearest shop can be found in the neighbouring village of Veryan.
Stable door Sitting room Cosy room with wood burning stove, beams, wooden floor and window seat ‘L’ shaped sofa. TV/Video/DVD. CD/radio. Telephone for incoming & outgoing calls. Kitchen/Dining room Fully fitted with cream units, belfast sink & slate floor. AEG oven & hob. Fridge with 3 star freezer compartment. Dishwasher. Dining table & chairs. Steep stairs up to Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with bunk beds Bathroom with bath, WC & wash hand basin. There is a washing machine in the cupboard beside the bathroom Outside The cottage does not have a garden but there is a small slate terrace to sit out at the front with a table and two chairs. Parking There is a parking space right in front of the cottage which you can normally park in however please note that it is not for the sole use of the cottage so you may at times have to park in the main village car park which is a 5 minute walk away. Heating There is a wood burning stove in the sitting room and nightstores in the bedrooms. Electricity is included in the rent. Linen is provided & the beds made up ready for your arrival. Please bring your own towels. Towels available for hire.
