The house, which sleeps six, in three bedrooms, has recently been comprehensively refurbished and decorated in a light and modern seaside theme. Set back from the road, the house has a gravelled parking area for one car, with further roadside parking.

A path with a short flight of steps leads to the front door. The half glazed front door leads directly into the Kitchen/dining area , which is floored throughout in slate effect tiles and has a dining table and chairs to the front of the house with an open plan kitchen to the rear. The fully fitted kitchen, with a window overlooking the rear garden; has a fridge with small freezer compartment, double oven, large ceramic hob, microwave & dishwasher. Off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and dryer with a door leading to the garden. A useful shower room with large enclosed shower, WC and basin is situated off the utility room. The light and airy sitting room, with an oak floor, has a window to the front and patio doors to the rear garden. There are two large 2 seater sofas, a wood burning stove, side tables with lamp, a TV/DVD and a large bookcase with plenty of books and games.Wi Fi. Upstairs Bedroom 1 Double bedroom which lies at the front of the property, as does Bedroom 2 which is a twin bedded room. Dressing table. Both have roomy wardrobes and bedside tables. To the rear of the house, with views over the village towards the sea, is Bedroom 3 a smaller room with bunks and views over the village towards the sea. All bedrooms are carpeted throughout. Bathroom with bath with shower over, WC, basin, heated towel rail. The Rear Terrace with a large table, chairs and loungers, is paved and securely fenced, with glimpses of the sea. A small pedestrian gate accesses a path to the rear of the adjacent properties giving a shortcut to the village. Heating & electricity. Under floor heating and night store heating included in the rent. Wood burning stove. Linen is provided & the beds made up ready for your arrival. Please bring your own towels. Towels also available for hire.Parking there is off road parking for one car with further roadside parking.
